FAQ’s

1. Use of kitchen – You are able to use the kitchen to prepare your own food. Please be mindful of others in the kitchen, and clean up after yourself. If you do use the kitchen, please check with someone from the kitchen first, and make sure you know how to operate the equipment. Stoves have been left on all night. This is a serious safety concern, plus it can consume fuel, leaving nothing to cook for the next meal.
   
   
2. If you eat from dishes provided by the kitchen, there is a washing station for you to clean them up. There are no employees, just volunteers. The volunteers are other participants like yourself. Please do not leave your mess for others to clean up.

1. CAR CAMPING- when people camp  IN or AROUND their cars, vans, trucks, conversion ect. Car Camping parking  is very close to main attractions. see map under ‘plan’ for details
2. NO CARS left in GENERAL CAMPING area. People are allowed to bring their cars into general camping to drop off gear only. Three hours is given to drop off gear and return car to GENERAL PARKING  past the cow pond. Departing cars will be allowed to pick up camp areas at will.   
3. RVs- Limited RV spots are available, there are options with out electricity.

5. Always drive slow and be cautious of running children. Please no parking in general camping.  Vehicles are an eye sore, take up to much room, they are a moving safety hazard. 

We discourage pets but love them all the same. We are family friendly gathering and dogs are family. Friendly dogs only-must be good in public especially to other dogs and children. If there is any chance of aggressive behaviour do not bring them. Please do not tie your dog or leave them to cry, bark or whine. No dogs in the lounge or communal cooking areas. Please leash your dog, they are your responsibility if they come with you. Clean up after them at all times. Humans are pack animals too

There are contained private outdoor showers onsite near the Communal Kitchen. There is not hot water in the showers. 

This is a volunteer-run event. We do not have employees. We need all sorts of help to keep this event running smoothly. Help in the communal kitchen, setup/ breakdown, etc. Please help us by contributing some of your time. You can sign up here. A little from everyone goes a long way! 

1. Your ID
2. Shelter (tent), sleeping bag (it can get cold at night), camping gear. Anything you will need to keep you safe from the elements.
3. Food and water. There is well water at the property, which you can use to refill your bottles. Bring enough for you to eat the entire weekend and some to share. There is the communal kitchen, where you can prepare your own food. Some people prepare larger quantities of food and share. That is always welcome as a gift, and is not an included feature of the event.
4. Plate, cup, bowl & eating utensils.
5. Insect repellent.
6. Sunscreen.
7. First aid kit.
8. Flashlight – it is dark at night, and travelling across the field, or through the woods without a flashlight can be difficult.
9. Garbage bags – pack it in, pack it out (you bring it in – you take it home)
10. Rain gear – cause it is Texas.
11. Power for recharging. There will be an area in the pavilion to plug into for recharging.
12. Fun things – Glowies, flow toys, drums, instruments, friends, personal comforts.
13. Common sense

1. No guns, no large knives or weapons of any kind. No fireworks, no ATVs, or anything dangerous. No illegal substances.

If you need to get in the gate after hours, call/ text the number at the gate.  There is a $10 after-hour cash/venmo “get our of bed fee”

There will be a COFFEE CHAKRA tent at the communal kitchen. Each morning with freshly roasted and brewed coffee and chai will be available while supplies last. Please bring your own mug and donations are appreciated. 

This event does have vendors. People who participate in and serve the spiritual community. The vending area is along the side of the main field. There are some wonderful and beautiful things to check out in their booths.
