Be a Vendor
Medicine for the People Spiritual Gathering is expected to draw 500+ family members from all over Texas for 4 days and 3 nights. We are limited on area for our vendors village so spots are limited depending on the size of each footprint.
Information
- Vending Spaces are first come first serve.
- Merchandise or services should be natural, unique, personal, hand made, one of a kind or sustainable in nature – no “head shop” merchandise please.
- Booths are secured through Venmo upon approval of forms.
- Personal tickets are separate for any persons working the booth and can be purchased anytime prior to the festival at regular online rates applicable at the time of purchase. Our one-time booth rates do not include personal tickets, helpers, friends, families, plus ones, kids’ tickets, or parking at the gathering.
- Must see our Vendor Liaison upon arrival – DO NOT PLACE YOURSELF. Check-in at the information booth upon arrival. Placement depends on availability upon arrival.
Submission of form, form review, and payment information to secure booth will be given once approved. We are screening our submissions and this may take some time. Please be patient with us.

- $165 per 10×10 booth per business
- $200 10×20 booth per business
- $25 for electric
