Hi, I EXIST as Ana McIntosh, currently based in Texas, USA, but I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
I got Reiki 1 and 2 certified in 2001.
I started as a volunteer, in 2008, as a medium (channeling messages, giving light, praying, singing and dancing) for Spiritual & Shamanic centers in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil;
In 2018 I accomplished my Master in Logistics and decided to go see the World...
First country I visited was Indonesia and right away felt in love with those people, got very curious about their daily meditation/yoga practices and offerings they put for their ancestors to remind themselves how everything it's in the circle of life, the energy and the memories we create are never lost. I used to practice Yoga before, but it was always more a workout practice, so everything was very new to me and it triggered me in a good way. After 40 days traveling in Indonesia I continued my journey to Australia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and ended up in Hawai'i.
I met my husband and father of our beautiful daughter, practiced new styles of Yoga, saw different cultures, and learned other languages, religions, traditions, practices, and rituals.
In 2016, I got my 200 hours RYT and KAY (Kidding Around Yoga) Certification to be able to work with children from 3-12 years old, besides other trainings such as Yin Yoga and Chair Yoga to also be able to offer classes to people with disabilities, special needs and elders.
In 2019, moved to Texas, and started teaching right away. I felt it naturally happening, my beautiful Yoga Journey as a teacher was launched!!!
I got my second 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in April 2020 and my 300 hour YTT in June 2020;
I also accomplished my Thetahealing Therapist Certification in October 2020.
Bhakti Yoga - Chanting: Yoga for the Heart certification in December 2020.
I continue to take Sound Healing Classes, diving deeper into sacred plants/fruits ceremonies and different self awareness modalities and healing therapies
Our healing journey starts from inside of us! NAKINE means HOPE in Hawaiian, and as long as I am Ana McIntosh, I will learn from the challenges in order to find harmony and growth.
I believe in sharing the light and love with all people because makes me happy, fulfilled. I want to be part of the transformation. I believe we can do this together!
