I do what I do because of what I've been through. I know what it's like to constantly sell yourself short and settle for less than you're worth, to feel stuck and unable to live up to your highest potential, and to have big visions for your future and fall short time and time again. I was stuck in a rut for a very long time and honestly feared I might never get out. My subconscious mind was storing limiting beliefs about my capabilities based on previous life experiences and traumas. This was my operating system for many, many years. It inhibited my ability to bring my unique contributions into the world.
After decades of trying talk therapy and numerous other modalities, I found tapping and began doing the work of reprogramming my operating system. I systematically unblocked my limiting beliefs and replaced them with a powerful and authentic belief in myself. I also began instilling healthy habits in alignment with the person I wanted to create. By first changing my thoughts and emotions, and then up-leveling my actions, I was finally able to achieve radical and lasting transformation.
My passion is helping people get out of their own way and step into their power using EFT, meditation, and yoga. Whether it’s public speaking, a job interview, or first date jitters, these are the tools that can help you break through your self-doubt and expand into your bright and radiant self. They can help you overcome the beliefs that have been holding you back, allowing you to courageously shine as you were always meant to.
