When was the last time you said "NO"? Many of us grew up without language or examples of "healthy boundaries." Scarcity mindset, insecurity, family figures, gender roles, and work pressure often drive us to say YES to every opportunity we get. This has lead to generations of burnout and fatigue. This workshop will open up a discussion on how we do - or do not - leave space for the reflection that is necessary to set boundaries. Attendees will participate in grounding and writing exercises, learn about healthy boundary principles, and practice saying NO. This will be a safe space with special acknowledgement/recognition around consent, triggers and trauma.
